We received excellent customer service, from start to finish. I visited both stores, and both were extremely helpful and no pressure to buy. The bed arrived just in time for my daughters birthday, the installation team were excellent, and very respectful. We purchased a side lifting ottoman, anyone with a daughter with lots of shoes and bags wanting extra room, this is the way to go. Many Thanks Bowyers, we will be back when we move on to the next room.

Bowyer's have provided an excellent service from start to finish. The shop in Hartshill provides a good range of carpets varying in quality and price. I was not pressurised when perusing the shop. Any questions were answered and a good rapport soon established making me feel confident that this was a good place to buy from. The fitters came to my house to measure up for the carpet and I was soon given a quote. Today, my carpet was fitted and I am very pleased with the result. Both the fitters were extremely courteous and professional. I can highly recommend them.
